So I have been reading a lot about this lately, and many people get caught doing such a thing. But one thing they do not describe is how they managed to figure out how a random stranger/neighbour was caught (which equipment was used? was it common sense? did the guy just come to them and tell them? Anyway, they don't describe any of that). So my question is, how are they caught?
