Was my router hacked? Netgear Nighthawk R7000

Hi all, my Netgear Nightwhawk R7000 has been really terrible over the last couple of months, and today when it reset I was prompted with this page

I have never seen this before despite the fact that my router has been unreliable, so i was wondering if 1) i have been hacked and 2) what (if anything) i should do

i have already ordered a replacement (different company), but wanted to know if there is anything i should be concerned about in the meantime.

EDIT: I MEAN REBOOT, NOT RESET!
