Can hackers stop the delivery of emails?

My devices are hacked by somebody from the Indian Military.

I am sending emails from my end to seek help.

Nobody has responded. I am just wondering can emails that are being sent

be intercepted and deleted before they reach the destination from a hacked computer. Do such MITM attacks exist?
