I had booked a hotel room which was a cash on delivery type arrangement from a merchant. However someone called me and told me that I had to pay him NOW to reserve my booking. He had all my details (stay, hotel, dates). After paying he blocked my number. I later called the hotel (should have done this first) and they deny any prepayment request. I paid him through an app called PayTM. I have his contact number which is linked to his bank and also possibly his picture. Is there anyway I can hack him and get my money back?
