My friend sent me a suspicious website link

A friend of mine sent me a suspicious website link, I did not click it yet but how can I securely do that without compromising my system. Sandbox?

How can I do forensics on the website such as whether it is downloading anything on my mobile, windows, or anything? Or getting my card info or not?
