A password of mine was compromised. I forgot what the password is. Is there a way to find it?

My email password was compromised during the Zynga breach. I created the email a decade ago to use as a “fake” to sign up for social media. Go figure that a decade later my account gets locked and I need the password to unlock it, is there any way to find the password if it was breached and posted online? Gmail has been no help so this is probably my last shot.
