My neighbour is an 80 year old polish grandmother, who have had some sort of romantic encounter with the janitor, which didn’t end to well (he also had a girlfriend). He is now stalking and harassing her on her iPhone.
He uploads pictures of himself and puts them on the front desk of the iPhone, makes it vibrate, empties the battery, delays her mails etc.
He has access to her google-account, iCloud and blocks her messenger on Facebook. He has accessed her regular mail as well.
My neighbor changed her SIM-card, her telephone number, and her mail. She purchased a new iPhone. The janitor has been fired by the housing associating. Neither helped.
She talked to the police but they don’t seem to care.
I am now trying to figure out;
1.) What is going on? How is this even possible? Is it really so easy to hack someone?
2.) What is the solution? How can this be stopped?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
