Finding identity of Craiglist poster by hacking them? How easy is it to hack Craigslist? Is it possible?

I used to be on Craigslist Missed Connections years ago and would use it like a chatroom. I would chat back and forth with people and would write cryptic messages about my friends and was for sure they were writing back to me doing the same thing. But there were a couple of times it got very personal where people were posting personal details about my life at the moment. I was 100 percent certain the other side knew who I was but I didn't know who they were. How easy is it to hack Craigslist posts? Is it possible?
