I used the "cooltra" bike sharing app, immediately after starting the rental the app gave a network error message and the rental did not appear on the app but I had a working scooter. I used it and parked , the scooter was no longer on the map (I tried with another account). what happened? is it possible to do it several times or was it just a coincidence?
