ForceBindIP issue

Hello,

I tried using ForceBindIP on windows to decide which network interfaces must use certain applications.

I just have a couple of curiosities:

- How can I see if it worked?

- What happens if I restart the pc? Save or lose everything?

- If I lose everything, is there a way to not have to do it again every time, or should I create a script with all the programs and run it every time I need?
