Long story short, a group of people got their IP leaked and were ddos'd. They called their ISP, changed their IP, got a new modem, used a VPN and were still hit . Any idea how this is possible? Word is there's a program that can save the location of the first IP they got. Even if you change the ip later, it refilters it and finds your new ip. Is this a thing?
