What computer should I get for hacking?

I have a couple of requirements. 1. < £300 2. Preferably Intel I5 but can do less 3. Must be a Laptop 4. Preferably have 4 or more RAM

Something I was also thinking about is getting one of those old refurbished ones that are on the cheap because size isn’t a problem. Thanks!
