Is it a security risk?

Hi All,

I am new to this community. I have come across a wonderful Google sheet template of a habit tracker via a medium article. I clicked on the link and it asked me to make a copy of the sheet. I did. And, I instantly felt that I shouldn't have because it may cause security issues to my google account.

There were links in the sheet. I removed those links right away.

Am I being paranoid or copying a google sheet template can cause a security risk?
