I've had to experience with a machine where, basically, I had to upload something. I spent quite a lot of time on that challenge. After a few days I gave up and went for a walkthrough. It turns out I ha everything right except the uploading took - had to use some tool called "updog".
Kinda pissed me off because it's not the first time - I've had similar issues with using a wordlist that was incomplete.
How do I correctly pick my dictionary? How do I make sure the enumeration script I use is the correct one? Do I have to use all existing scripts?
