relationship between https://archive.today and U.S. intelligence community?

A few minutes ago I went to https://archive.today, but the site was broken, displaying only a broken-image icon. Out of curiosity, I chose "view source" and there I saw a reference to Henley-Putnam, a school affiliated with the U.S. intelligence community. Anyone think this strange? Archive.today doesn't mention any affiliation with Henley-Putnam. Text of the HTML source I saw is below.

<table width="100%" height="100%"><tr valign="center"><td align="center"><img src="//www.henley-putnam.edu/Portals/_default/Skins/henley/images/loading.gif"></td></tr></table><script type='text/javascript'> (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){ (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o), m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m) })(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga'); ga('create', 'UA-'+483*83597+'-2', 'auto'); ga('send', 'pageview');</script>
