I don’t know if this is the place to ask, but how do I unlock an iPhone without the passcode or data loss?

Two phones (iPhone 6s and the older iPhone se)were confiscated by my step-sister and we can’t get the password from her. I was tasked with unlocking it or at least getting the data from it onto the computer or something. I do t have the iCloud or iTunes account to help me. All I have is the two devices.
