Hi guys, I’m a total noob so I’m sorry if this is a roll your eyes moment but it would help me out a lot- I’m trying to use hashcat by following tutorials however when it comes to using the cmd terminal and I type this string - C:\users\luke\documents\hashcat-4.0.0>hashcat.eexe —help and I get “is not recognised as an internal command, operable program or batch file.” So, I looked in the zip folder that I downloaded from hashcat.org and there is no .exe file to be found. I downloaded all other versions and the same thing. I’m using windows 10 on a virtual machine through my MacBook Pro. Am I missing something? I tried downloading it on my Mac and the .exe file is there, download it on windows and nada.
