Do you feel comfortable knowing just how many companies Reddit collects and sells your data to

I saw a list of their Client companies Reddit sells to and it always makes me quite paranoid of posting or clicking any amount of information here even something minor like what games I play or what types of news interest me. I know most hackers are quite private people so how do you deal with this
